Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine offers a family tradition of authentic Thai food made daily from the freshest ingredients.
As a young girl, owner Pannipa Pace—nicknamed Tuk Tuk—and her siblings would help her mother, Pranom Nisang, prepare the family meals, learning valuable skills and instilling in her a love and appreciation of food. Pranom is currently the head chef at Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine West Lebanon.
Pannipa’s hard work and determination helped further her lifelong dream of opening her own restaurant. In 2015 Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine opened in Hanover, New Hampshire, in a downstairs space off of Main Street. In 2026, that restaurant changed location to a new above-ground space at 44 South Main Street in Hanover, which offers additional indoor and outdoor seating, and a sushi bar.
In 2022, Tuk Tuk opened a second restaurant in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. This location offers the same Hanover favorites.
Both locations offer indoor dining, take-out, delivery, and a full bar and sushi, and feature family recipes which are used without variation.

Tuk Tuk has very quickly become our go-to place for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious, the service is friendly and attentive, and the always on-site owners are lovely folks who are very committed to their customers. I particularly love their Pad Thai and the wings!

So excellent, I dont want to share as it might become difficult to get in – BUT I HAVE to share – the food is amazing, fresh, delicious and colorful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is often my very first stop when I drive from NJ to Hanover!
